Slipperman: I got this so long ago I can barely remember anything about it, other than at the time I thought this was the Holy Grail of Beatles live footage! Crappy menus and the cover artwork isn’t perfect but it’s definitely a treasure trove of amazing stuff all in one place.
Hands down my favorite is Melbourne, the harmonies by Paul and George are fantastic! Paris is in my opinion a more enjoyable 1965 concert than Shea Stadium, although it’s b&w I think the performance is superior and French television did a great job filming it. Then there’s Hillegom Nehterlands with Jimmy Nichol filling in for our ailing Ringo. Rare stuff indeed!
